Nova AntiCheat is provided by the representative listed in the Nova AntiCheat Legal Notice / Impressum. Legal, licensing, privacy, billing and website questions can be sent to cerialnova@gmail.com.

The legal notice is part of these Terms by reference. If the contact details or representative details change, the updated legal notice controls from the time it is published.

2. Acceptance Of These Terms

By purchasing, renewing, activating, downloading, installing, using, testing or requesting support for Nova AntiCheat, you agree to these Terms. If you buy on behalf of a server, network, company, team or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Before opening the payment link on this website, you must confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and that you understand the digital delivery, refund and withdrawal rules. If you do not agree, do not purchase, activate or use Nova AntiCheat.

3. Product Description

Nova AntiCheat is a digital software license for Minecraft server owners and administrators. It includes a server plugin and related license services used for activation, downloads, license management, updates and service reliability.

Nova AntiCheat is not a guarantee that cheating, abuse, malicious clients, modified clients, unfair gameplay, bot activity or bypasses will never happen. Detection behavior depends on configuration, server version, server software, network conditions, client behavior, installed plugins and other factors outside our control.

Website descriptions, examples, console previews, pricing notes and check names are general product information. They are not a promise that a specific detection, punishment, bypass prevention result, compatibility result or performance result will occur on every server setup.

4. License Types

Basic licenses provide the standard Nova AntiCheat license for the purchased package size and billing term. Pro licenses include the Basic license plus an additional online analysis tier for eligible active players, subject to the purchased Pro player cap, current backend capacity and these Terms.

Monthly and yearly licenses are time-limited. Lifetime licenses, where offered, are Basic only and are not a lifetime promise of Pro cloud capacity, future paid add-ons, third-party infrastructure, specific feature names, specific Minecraft versions or uninterrupted service. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the offered Basic product line as operated by Nova AntiCheat, subject to these Terms and mandatory law.

The purchased package size, server instance count, HWID/device count, Pro player cap and other license limits are shown on the website, in the admin/license system or in direct purchase communication. If a purchase note is unclear, delivery may be delayed until the requested plan can be confirmed.

5. License Grant

After payment is accepted and the license is delivered, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Nova AntiCheat for your own Minecraft server operation within the purchased license limits.

The license is for use by the buyer or the server/network represented during purchase. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, share, publish, leak, redistribute, upload, mirror or otherwise make the license key, plugin files, private downloads or authenticated service access available to others.

You are responsible for keeping your license key, license username, downloads and server access secure. Actions taken using your license may be treated as actions taken by you unless you can reasonably show that the access was unauthorized and not caused by your own negligence.

6. License Activation, Devices And Instances

Nova AntiCheat uses online license authentication. The plugin may register devices, server instances, generated identifiers, session information and related technical data to validate the license, prevent abuse, enforce purchased limits and provide support.

Each license may have a limited number of HWIDs, devices, server instances, active sessions, Pro cloud slots or other capacity limits. The backend may deny authentication, deny a new instance, close a session, require a reset, throttle access or require manual review when those limits are exceeded or when suspicious activity is detected.

Resets are provided for legitimate hardware changes, reinstallations and server migrations. They are not a right to rotate the same license across unrelated servers, customers or networks in a way that bypasses the purchased package size.

7. Pro Online Analysis, Capacity And Maintenance

Pro includes access to an online analysis backend for eligible active players up to the purchased Pro player cap, such as max 10, max 25 or max 50 players where offered. The cap is a maximum allowed amount, not a guarantee that every active player will always be processed online at every moment.

You expressly agree that Nova AntiCheat may disable, pause, throttle, rate-limit, queue, reduce, rotate, lower, temporarily cap or otherwise limit Pro online analysis and server-side backend processing at any time when needed for demand, maintenance, backend load, service stability, security, abuse prevention, emergency work, compatibility work, legal reasons, infrastructure issues or product improvement.

This includes the right to temporarily lower the number of players your server may send to the cloud, disable the online analysis tier for a specific license or instance, reject excessive event streams, reduce processing frequency, close stale sessions, remove inactive player slots, or require local-only analysis while the backend is overloaded or under maintenance.

Pro online analysis is an additional service tier. The Basic/local plugin may continue to operate where technically possible, but Nova AntiCheat does not guarantee that online verdicts, cloud analysis, cloud capacity, response latency or a specific Pro feature will be available without interruption.

Short-term maintenance, throttling, capacity management or emergency limitations do not automatically entitle you to a refund, credit or extension unless mandatory law requires it or a separate written agreement says otherwise. If a long-running service issue affects your license, contact support so the situation can be reviewed.

8. Fair Use And Backend Protection

You may not use Nova AntiCheat or the Pro backend to send artificial traffic, stress test the backend without permission, simulate fake players at scale, flood telemetry, bypass license limits, benchmark private infrastructure, scrape responses or interfere with service operation.

The backend may enforce fair-use limits automatically. These limits may include per-license limits, per-instance limits, per-IP limits, per-session limits, player-slot limits, request-rate limits, event-rate limits and temporary abuse protection.

If a server produces abnormal traffic or causes operational risk, Nova AntiCheat may lower capacity, suspend online features, require configuration changes, require an upgrade, deny access or terminate the license if the issue is not resolved.

9. Payments, Manual Delivery And Order Notes

Payments are currently handled manually through the payment method shown on the website or through direct communication. You must include enough information to identify what you are buying, such as your Discord name or email, requested license type, billing term, package count and Pro player cap when applicable.

A payment does not automatically create a license until it is reviewed, accepted and delivered. We may refuse or refund an order before delivery if the order is unclear, unsupported, suspicious, abusive, unavailable, incorrectly priced, connected to prior misuse or otherwise unsuitable.

You are responsible for any payment provider fees, currency conversion, bank fees, failed payment fees, taxes or similar charges unless otherwise required by law. Payment provider terms also apply to your payment.

10. Pricing, Taxes And Changes

Prices may change for future purchases, renewals, upgrades, package sizes, Pro caps and add-ons. A price shown on the website is not a guarantee that the same price will remain available forever.

If a price, feature, Pro cap or package note contains an obvious error, we may correct it before delivery. If you already paid based on an obvious mistake, we may offer the corrected order or refund the payment.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, payment provider fees, chargeback fees, exchange-rate costs or any required local reporting obligations.

11. No Automatic Renewal

Nova AntiCheat licenses do not renew automatically. Monthly and yearly licenses expire automatically at the end of the paid term unless the customer manually purchases and pays for a renewal. There are no automatic recurring charges.

If you do not manually renew, the license may expire or be revoked after the paid term ends. Customers do not need to cancel in order to avoid future charges because no further payments are charged automatically.

12. Refunds, Withdrawal Rights And Digital Delivery

Nova AntiCheat is digital software and a digital service. Once a license key, download, update, activation, renewal, Pro access or other digital access is delivered or activated, refunds are generally not provided except where required by mandatory consumer law or approved by us in writing.

Nova AntiCheat does not use automatic renewals. Monthly and yearly licenses are paid manually and expire automatically at the end of the paid term unless renewed by a new manual payment accepted by Nova AntiCheat. Customers do not need to cancel in order to avoid future charges.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights. If you are a consumer and you request immediate digital delivery, activation, download access, license access, renewal or Pro access before the withdrawal period expires, you agree that performance begins immediately. You acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once digital delivery or activation has started, where applicable law permits this.

Refund requests must be sent to cerialnova@gmail.com with the payment information, license user, license key if already delivered, reason for the request and any relevant error details. Abusive refund requests, chargebacks after delivery or false claims may result in suspension while the issue is reviewed.

13. Renewals And Upgrades

Renewals are manual only. Nova AntiCheat does not automatically charge, renew or extend licenses. To renew, you must manually pay again and include enough identifying information, such as the current license key, email, Discord name or license username.

If no renewal is purchased and accepted before or after expiry, the license may expire, deactivate or lose access to authentication, downloads, updates, Pro access and other license services.

Upgrades may increase the billing term, package count, license plan or Pro player cap. Downgrades may reduce features, package count, Pro capacity or access at a later term or at another time agreed in writing.

Pro is not available for lifetime licenses unless a separate written offer says otherwise. If a lifetime buyer later wants Pro, that Pro access must be purchased separately on the available monthly or yearly terms.

14. Updates, Compatibility And Feature Changes

Nova AntiCheat may be updated, modified, optimized, restricted, renamed, replaced or discontinued where needed for security, performance, compatibility, detection quality, backend stability, maintenance, legal reasons or product direction.

Minecraft versions, server software, plugins, protocol libraries, hosting providers and third-party platforms can change. Nova AntiCheat does not guarantee compatibility with every Minecraft version, modified server, fork, plugin combination, cracked/offline-mode setup, proxy setup, packet translator or future platform change.

Some checks, commands, messages, configuration values, Pro features, backend behavior or management tools may change over time. Changes intended to reduce false positives, improve performance or protect the service are permitted even if they alter previous behavior.

15. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for installing, configuring, testing and operating Nova AntiCheat on your own servers. You are also responsible for server rules, punishments, staff access, backups, player communication, privacy notices, local laws and compliance with any third-party platform rules.

You should test configuration changes before using them on production servers. You should not rely on default punishment settings, Pro verdicts, local verdicts or any single check without understanding how your server handles appeals, lag, version differences and edge cases.

You must keep your server software, dependencies and configuration reasonably maintained. We are not responsible for issues caused by incompatible plugins, broken forks, unstable snapshots, unsupported versions, modified protocol behavior, bad configuration or hosting problems.

16. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• share, leak, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute Nova AntiCheat, license keys, private downloads or authenticated access;
• attempt to bypass licensing, HWID limits, server instance limits, Pro capacity limits, authentication, download restrictions or backend fair-use limits;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, patch, crack or tamper with Nova AntiCheat except where mandatory law gives a non-waivable right;
• use Nova AntiCheat to attack, overload, benchmark without permission, disrupt, scrape or interfere with the website, API, authentication backend or Pro backend;
• submit false purchase details, impersonate another customer, use stolen payment methods or dispute valid delivered purchases in bad faith;
• use the software or service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive or infringing activity.

17. Suspension, Revocation And Termination

We may suspend, limit, revoke or terminate a license, download access, Pro access, backend access or support access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, unauthorized redistribution, non-payment, chargeback activity, backend attack traffic, license sharing, fraud, security risk, violation of these Terms or violation of law.

In less severe cases, we may ask you to fix configuration, reduce traffic, verify ownership, upgrade capacity, reset devices, remove leaked files or stop the problematic behavior before further action is taken.

Termination for abuse does not require us to refund delivered digital products unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

18. Data, Privacy And Telemetry

Nova AntiCheat processes license authentication data and service-related technical data as described in the Legal Notice / Impressum. Pro features may also process combat-related telemetry, generated player/session identifiers, server instance identifiers, timing information, plugin signals, local analysis scores and cloud analysis results needed to operate the online analysis tier.

Do not claim to your players that no data is processed by Nova AntiCheat if you use online license authentication or Pro online analysis. You are responsible for telling your players what your server uses where required by local law.

Authentication and Pro traffic may be protected in transit, but encrypted transport does not mean the data is anonymous. The backend must process submitted data to validate licenses, manage sessions, prevent abuse, support customers and operate the service.

19. Support

Support may be provided through email, Discord or another method communicated by Nova AntiCheat. Support availability, response times and scope are not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Support may be refused or delayed if the license cannot be verified, if the issue is caused by unsupported modifications, if required logs or details are missing, if the request is abusive, or if the customer is violating these Terms.

20. Intellectual Property

Nova AntiCheat, its website, text, design, code, names, branding, binaries, configuration structure, documentation, backend services, detection logic, management tools and related materials are owned by their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Buying a license does not transfer ownership. You receive only the limited use rights expressly described in these Terms.

21. Third-Party Platforms And Affiliation

Nova AntiCheat is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Minecraft, SpigotMC, PaperMC, PayPal, Discord or any other third-party platform mentioned on this website.

Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility, payment, communication or platform context. You are responsible for following the rules of any third-party platform you use with Nova AntiCheat.

22. No Warranties

Nova AntiCheat is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect detection accuracy, zero false positives, zero bypasses, compatibility with every setup, a specific performance level, a specific Pro backend capacity at every moment or a specific business result for your server.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

23. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova AntiCheat and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or business losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost players, lost data, server downtime, punishment mistakes, staff mistakes, chargebacks, compatibility failures, hosting failures, third-party service failures or configuration errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim connected to Nova AntiCheat is limited to the amount you paid for the affected license during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where mandatory law prohibits it.

24. Indemnity

If your use of Nova AntiCheat, your server operation, your configuration, your staff actions, your player notices, your payment behavior or your breach of these Terms causes claims, losses, costs or disputes against Nova AntiCheat, you agree to reasonably cooperate and cover those losses to the extent permitted by law.

25. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms when needed for legal, operational, security, pricing, backend, feature or business reasons. Updated Terms apply when published on this page unless a different effective date is stated.

If a change materially affects an active paid license, we will try to handle the change reasonably. Continued use after the updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms.

26. Mandatory Rights And Severability

These Terms do not override mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be waived. If a part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect as far as legally possible.
